AAASD Service LLC provides pool construction, maintenance, repair, and related services in the Miami-Dade & Broward County area. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
Quotes provided through our website, phone, or WhatsApp are estimates only. Final pricing may vary based on site inspection, materials, and scope of work. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Appointments should be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Late cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and electronic payment methods. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Warranty coverage varies by service and materials used. Specific warranty terms will be provided in writing at the time of service. Warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence, weather events, or improper use.
AAASD Service LLC is licensed and insured. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage caused by third parties.
